I don't frequent Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, nor Starbucks, however, I do like this location when I do need a quick drink close by.. It's a bit sizable with some lounge areas inside and patio outside. Actually, I feel at home here.
It's always busy here. Folks studying, chatting but there's always a spot to find.
Try the peach jasmine ice tea.. Pretty good. -

This is THE ABSOLUTELY THE STUPIDEST, MOST IMBECILIC COFFEE BEAN anywhere!!!!!!! Don't go here. The largest size is 24oz. No Peach Jasmine iced tea. What a turn off, it became a point where I had to ask "what do you have?". Screw this location. Coffee Bean Management read my lips: best not to have these petty locations. You're pissing your customers off now making them more happy.

What? I couldn't believe it, this was the last coffee shop that I've gone to before I moved to the California. Service is up front and quick. Of course the coffee options are incomparable.

Poor customer service. Came in on a Tuesday at 7:19PM. I was standing by the cash register looking up at the menu. I didn't see the sign that said "Closed." And this older lady looks at me and rudely says, "I'm closed. I have to be back early tomorrow morning so I need to close early today." WOW. Don't go to this Coffee Bean.

This place is okay. The menu is limited. Cute sitting area. It's not always open. It's in Ralph's. Customer service not the greatest.
